Cultural Competence
Cultural Diversity
A major part of the National Quality Framework is teaching Cultural Competence. Cultural competence is the ability to understand, effectively communicate and interact with people from all different cultures. We continuously teach children to be socially inclusive and accepting in all that they do.
Our meaningful interactions and conversations with children are inclusive of everyone regardless of people’s gender, culture, age, ability, or strengths. We always focus on the positive traits of individuals.
We educate children with an anti-bias curriculum teaching our acceptance of all individuals regardless of abilities and gender orientation.
